Granule Filling: A precision filling system—typically a multi-head weigher, auger filler, or volumetric cup—dispenses the exact weight of granules (e.g., grains, nuts, spices, or detergent) into the formed tube.
Horizontal Sealing: The machine seals the bottom of the bag (transverse seal) to enclose the granules, with adjustable temperature and pressure settings to ensure a secure, airtight closure.
Cutting & Discharging: The sealed bag is cut from the film roll, and finished packages are discharged onto a conveyor for further processing (e.g., labeling, cartoning).
